Your Reorder subscription includes everything you need to drive direct orders—no middlemen, no manual work. Regardless of your business size, you'll get access to all the tools: your branded online ordering site (web app), remarketing features to boost repeat sales, and integrations with delivery and payment providers.

You decide how you want to get paid, your business, your rules. You can accept payments online via platforms like MercadoPago or other gateways we support. You can also offer cash or in-person card payments. Everything goes directly to your account with no delays or intermediaries.

There are no contracts! You can use Reorder month-to-month and cancel anytime. We don’t believe in locking you in, we believe in earning your trust through value. That said, we do offer discounts for 6-month or annual plans.

Absolutely. You’ll have full access to names, contact details, order history, and more. This is essential to run reactivation campaigns, even for customers who haven’t ordered yet.
